I use licensed textbooks from Cambridge, Oxford, Macmillan. And also film excerpts, videos, news articles adapted to your level and games, so that the lesson is more interesting and productive.
I work remotely via zoom, Tel Aviv, a face-to-face personal meeting is possible (+20 shekels)
