📚 English from an early age: a new municipal program in Rehovot
Starting the new school year, a new free English language program will be launched in all compulsory kindergartens in the city - for the first time in the history of Rehovot!
🎯 What does the program include?
• Vocabulary development
• Basic phonetics and reading skills
• Ability to freely express thoughts
• All this - through songs, movements, games and exciting activities!
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Throughout the year, joint activities for children and parents will be held to maintain a connection between what is happening in the kindergarten and the home environment.
🏫 The municipality will take on all the organization: training of teachers, teaching materials, organization of classes and methodological support.
🗣 Mayor and person responsible for education in the city, Matan Dil: “We believe that investing in the little ones is the path to confidence and high results in the future. This is another step towards a strong education system and reducing inequality to ensure a bright future for the children of Rehovot." 🗣 Education Department Director Efrat Zuckerman: "Preschool age is the best time to learn languages.
