🌱 A gentle, conscious start without stress
Friends, I am launching a course that I have long dreamed of holding - "ArtStart". This is a special space where parents and children prepare for school together. Without fear, pressure and anxious thoughts.
🧠 Instead of "how will he cope?", it will be "how can we go through this path together"
❤️ Instead of panic and tears - understanding, support and contact
🎨 Instead of lectures - creative activities, art therapy practices and live dialogue
📌 What will be on the course:
- we will learn to reduce stress in the child and in ourselves
- we will figure out what a first-grader really feels
- we will receive practical tools to help with adaptation
- we will discover that preparing for school can become a resource and even joy
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Format:
2 meetings only for parents (1.5 hours each)
4 meetings parent + child (35 minutes each)
🎨 Art, exercises, methods, live communication
