Science Program: Chemistry and Biology in Givatayim

Do your kids like test tubes, pipettes, microscopes and science podcasts? If so, they'll love it here!

We are two biochemists, Masha and Lisa. We are launching the "sciences: chemistry and biology" program in Givatayim, starting this Saturday, May 24, and running through the end of June.

We will do everything you saw in the movies about mad scientists, but for real!

We will observe daphnia under a microscope, study the properties of sea water, extract DNA from watermelons; conduct experiments on real lab equipment (but with safe reagents!), support long-term scientific projects and keep observation diaries.

Classes on Saturdays for different ages: younger students, 7-9 years old, 12:30-13:30; and older citizens, 10-14 years old, 14:30-16:00.

Cost - 85 shekels per lesson.
