English classes for teenagers (starting from level A2)
During the classes we work on all language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
We pay special attention to speaking and writing, as these are often the most difficult skills to master.
We learn:
to speak on topics that are relevant and interesting for teenagers (we expand our vocabulary); to use colloquial speech (phrases that are typical only for live spontaneous speech); to express our opinions in an argumentative manner.
To write in literate, complete and detailed sentences; to compose coherent texts in the most common formats.
The class is held in a group of 2 to 4 people.
A Zoom class lasts 60 minutes, 2 times a week
The cost of a group class: 60 shekels per person
At the very beginning, I hold an introductory meeting with each student, where I test their level of English.
About me: I graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages ​​at Moscow State University, completed the Cambridge Teachers' Course and received a Cambridge CELTA certificate. I taught English at the Faculties of Foreign Languages ​​and Journalism at Moscow State University, I work with children and groups of school-age children, as well as with adults. I have over 10 years of teaching experience. I have two bilingual children (11 and 6 years old). English has been the second language of our family since they were born. "English Life" and working with authentic materials helps me to speak the language at a level close to that of a native speaker, select educational materials for children taking into account their age and interests, enriches my conversational and everyday speech and, accordingly, the speech of the children I work with.
