When it may rain again everywhere, we will have a family excursion to the biblical city of Tel Gezer, where rain is a rarity. At the end there will be a picnic in the mushroom forest and a lesson in paleo-Hebrew.
I am waiting for lovers of antiquities, future archaeologists, researchers, lovers of codes and ancient alphabets, travelers from 7 years old and their parents on a family route (3 km) in a quiet place in the territory of Karmei Yosef. We will go to a mysterious ancient city that is three and a half thousand years old! We will sit at the ancient gates and find out how the city came to our wise king - Solomon (Shlomo). The bravest will be able to go down 40 meters underground to the squeak of bats, and as a highlight, the Israeli “Stonehenge” - a mysterious megalithic altar awaits us.
