About the Vitality Center
The Vitality Center features a physiotherapy unit and a therapeutic pool, specializing in:

The center is managed by Vitaly and Inesa, who graduated in 2008 from Charles University in Prague—one of Europe's oldest universities specializing in physiotherapy.

Vitaly specializes in orthopedic treatment, Pilates, vertigo treatment, and acupuncture; he is an expert in geriatric rehabilitation and a certified hydrotherapist (trained at Tel HaShomer Hospital).

Vitaly also worked for approximately 12 years as a lead physiotherapist for the Meuhedet health fund, accumulating extensive experience and expertise over the years.

Inesa specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation for women—specifically addressing postpartum issues, urinary difficulties, urinary urgency, pain during intercourse, and pelvic organ prolapse.
Inesa also specializes in treating pediatric developmental disorders. She has worked in this field for many years at Nahariya Hospital and has headed the pediatric development department at the Leumit health fund for approximately 12 years. In recent years, she has also headed the pelvic floor unit at the Leumit health insurance fund.

In addition to a therapeutic pool and dry sauna, you can take advantage of hydrotherapy, infant swimming, swimming lessons, group water aerobics classes, and even Watsu sessions as an experimental treatment.
