These terms of service ("Terms") govern the use of the all4kids.co.il platform (the "Platform," the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Description of the Service

All4Kids is a platform for finding and posting listings for children's clubs, classes, services, and events in Israel. The Site aggregates listings from open sources (including public social media groups) and allows organizers to post listings themselves.

All core functions of the Site are free for users and organizers.

Registration and Account

Registration is required to use certain features of the Site (posting listings, leaving comments and reviews). When registering, you agree to provide accurate information.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. If you notice unauthorized access to your account, please notify us at info@all4kids.co.il.

Rules of Use

When using the Site, you may not:

  • Post knowingly false, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful information
  • Post listings advertising services that are dangerous to children's health or safety
  • Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited advertising
  • Attempt to disrupt the Site's operation, including unauthorized attempts to access the system
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Site's content without permission, except as permitted by law (e.g., for personal use)
Listings and User Content

By posting a listing or leaving a comment, you confirm that:

  • The information provided is accurate at the time of publication
  • You have the right to post this content
  • You bear full responsibility for the content you publish

We reserve the right to remove any listing or comment without prior notice if it violates these Terms or applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform acts as an information aggregator and is not a party to agreements between activity organizers and users. We do not verify teachers' qualifications, the quality of services, or the accuracy of all information contained in listings.

The Site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site and are not liable for:

  • The quality of services provided by organizers found through the Site
  • Any damages arising from the use of information on the Site
  • Temporary unavailability of the Site due to technical reasons
Intellectual Property

The design, structure, and source code of the Site are the property of all4kids.co.il. Listings posted by users remain the property of their authors; by posting a listing, you grant the Site the right to display and distribute it as part of the Platform's operation.

Listings aggregated from open sources are published with a link to the original source, in accordance with the principles set out in the Editorial Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. By continuing to use the Site after changes are made, you agree to the updated Terms.

Governing Law

Use of the Site is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes related to the use of the Site shall be resolved in accordance with Israeli law.
